About the speaker: Nicolas Bradford is the founder of the Restorative Justice Center of the Northwest and Dispute Resolution Centers Mentor Mediator. Nicolas earned a master's degree in education policy from the University of Washington in 2012 and his studies span from policy problems, discipline from school resource officers, zero-tolerance, the school-to-prison pipeline, and disproportionality in discipline.
